Early History
RABIES was first founded by Archaeoptyrex as the sister/training federation for DISTEMPER. The federation was later led by Silencer and his trusted campanion Prozac originally from Knights Of Avalon. After a period of time, AGM94 succeeded from Silencer and has led the federation ever since current times.On 4th October 2006 marks RABIES Independence Day, RABIES as a federation broke away from DISTEMPER and declared itself as an independent federation, though long serving members are still in good relations with DISTEMPER.
On 28th October 2006 this website was created as RABIES federation website to collate information together and to strength the federation spirit.On 11 November 2006 Questirians Prize is founded to remember the contribution by the player who resigned from the space federation.
25th November 2007 Parasite's UW has been stopped, Hellus for a brief period of time was RABIES leader and his potential as a leader could be seen, as RABIES did surpass the 1000 planets milestone during his reign. Though he soon pass back the leadership to Supreme Leader AGM94.
Modern History
On 27th January 2008 DrunkenMaster's UW was successfully activated despite resistance from RABIES and The Marines. On 13th February 2008 Bipbippy's UW has been stopped by the forces of Deiloche. Even through such back to back galactic crisis, RABIES has continue to grow in strength as evident by recording an impressive 1,104 planet count in the middle of February.
On 28th February 2008 Maraudian started the UW but was quickly brought down by the forces of Bandits & EvilLoof and the galaxy was at peace by the afternoon of 29th February. RABIES members are laying low for now after the loss of FOUNDERS and DaniCalifornia and preparing their fleets for future engagements in the months ahead.
Between 20-22th April 2008, RABIES members have been planning a UW attempt by Archangel or Eternal to be set off during 28-30th of April 2008. This is the most ambitious attempt in the history of RABIES! As the empires of RABIES gather and plot for the grand plan, alliances are also being formed most notably with the empires from ThePub and DISTEMPER. During the initial phase when securing rank domination was crucial to the main plan, 420BadWolf lost a number of clusters due to wins by ArchAng3l, Kyril, Ronin and Razgriz. The early victories were giving crucial time for Eternal to slowly build up his massive fleet.
